Card Nudge Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

Welcome to Card Nudge ("we," "us," or "our"), a mobile application (package ID in.fnlsg.card) designed to help you manage credit cards and payments. By using Card Nudge, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

You may use Card Nudge to:

• Manage bank and credit card information, including names, last 4 digits, billing dates, and payment details.
• Track payments and sync data locally (via Hive) or with our cloud service (via Supabase).
• Log in securely using Google, GitHub and Apple OAuth.

You agree to:

• Use the app for lawful purposes only.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the app.

2. Account and Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Google or GitHub login credentials.
• All activities under your account.
• Notifying us at ashwini@fnlsg.in if you suspect unauthorized access.

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, with encryption and row-level security (RLS) to protect your data.

3. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as outlined in our Privacy Policy, including:

• User IDs, email addresses, and settings for personalization.
• Bank, credit card, and payment details for app functionality.
• Usage and device data for performance optimization.

You grant us permission to store and sync this data to provide the app’s services.

4. Limitation of Liability

Card Nudge is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Errors in data you provide or inaccuracies in payment tracking.
• Losses due to app downtime, data breaches, or third-party services (e.g., Supabase, Google, GitHub).
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from app use.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and request data deletion by contacting ashwini@fnlsg.in.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify you via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
